wad should i do if my hamster reproduced but she abandon the baby.??>

I had this problem about a month ago. The general rule is to not touch any pups -especially with bare hands. However, what I did was to make a small nest of SafeBed paper flakes under a little hut and then very gently pick up the little pup with a thick soft tissue and place it in the middle of it. To my delight the mother started visiting the pup and eventually picked it up in her mouth and took it to her main nest. I hope this helps anyone who is in a similar situation.
