Do Hamsters Hibernate?

well my hamster has been in the same cage and the cage has been 
placed in the same place in the house since we got him which was about 2yrs ago. yesterday night he was fine playing in his cage wheel. i renewed his water yesterday with number of vitamins needed to put in it, and fed him. this morning i went to change his cage and he was stiff, with his eyes open, his whiskers are twitching, and he's breathing slowly, what should i do?

same here my hampsters been in the same place. she is 2 monthes old and shes had food and water! but she just wont move and her eyes are open and she breathes slowly its like the weirdist thing ive ever seen

well, I have two hamsters and I've had them for a year (each in their own cage) and they've been there all the time. My hamsters never have done that. They just run and run and RUN!
