I give my hamsters baths once every few months. i bath them in warm water (with no soap) in my sink them after i quickly slip them into warm fuzzy towels too let them dry. i've been doing this since they were young and i never had any problems. but dont bath your hamster too much i know someone who bathed it everyday and it got sick.
