I put my hamster on good diet! I feed her a 2 tablepoons of hamster food in the morning, and since she is a small hamster, she usually finishes it by 5:ooish, and then I feed her the same amount around that time. And I give her fresh water every day! She is a really happy hamster, and I like it! :grin :) :p ;) :zzz
