my hamster escaped when i was on holiday i was devastated his cage was on top of a piano and i have 4 cats so it was almost impossible for him to of survived but then 6 days later i found him in a bowl with his own made paper bedding with scrap from my bin he had chewed a hole and taken the paper! finding hamsters on the run can be very hard i recoomend the peanut butter bucket technique but if that dusnt work regualy check enclosed spaces cupboards ect. and keep an ear open for the tell tale scratching of the hamster and you should have your precious hamster back soon
