Hamster Cage Enrichment

Our hamsters dangle from the top of their cage at night time, and always seem to fall off...this isn't dangerous, is it?

I don't think it does, Because my hamster does that all the time, I would take him out his cage to play, and when he would be done playing he would climb back into his cage. The cage lock is on the top of the cage so he would climb on the side the then walk on the top of the cage then drop into his cage, then walk right into his house for a nap. and he's a cambell dwarf so yeah he's a pretty tough COOKIE(his name is oreo, lil pun.) for his size. 
 
not to mention he's fallen from way higher things (dresser, table) all by accident he goes to fast around the corners, and slips off.
