Hi tom,   i was going through comments and seen yours have you thought about getting her a buddy or maybe getting a hamster ball and taking her outside and letting her roll around for little while and see how she likes it?

if you are trying to get your hamster 2 stop chewing on the bars when I had a hamster I gave him some hard carrot shaped treats and he chewed them alot

Unflavored dog biscits! It stopped all but one of mine from chewing and even the stubborn one does it less!
