My hamster doesn't seem to be able to use his weel what should I do??

Depending on the size of the wheel and the size of the hamster, it could be having problems getting going. I wouldn't worry about it though, they all do eventually. Maybe he's just lazy or getting used to his new place. Or maybe he runs for hours, just when your asleep!
