Hey, what I think you should do is before you get your hamster you should read some more stuff online or in books and then think to your self well am I ready for a hampster and it responsiblitys and if you are thats wonderfull but if you arn't ready because you also have to choose the one thats going to be right for you. But like I was saying before if you don't think your ready even after you do all that just say to your parents I don't want a hamste yet cause I don't think I'm ready yet for one.
