I'm hear to help! I had this same situation! Don't beg ever. Go to library and find as many books on hamsters as possible. And only get hamster books. 4 the next few weeks share fast facts on hamsters. After a while say "Can i please have a hamster? I know so much about them" If they say no do things like clean your room and be very helpful. then ask again. If they say Just plain no ask why. save up your money so you can say I'll pay 4 everything. And you might need to. If in your case they say your not responsible tell them about your clean room and your knowledge on hamsters. Read your other1
I am very sorry your parents don't think your resosible. I think if you can try to convince them that you are responsible they will finally bealive you and let you get a hamster. Like you could do chores around the house more often to proove that you are responsible enough to let you get one>
My parents said i couldnt have a hamster too, but finally let me. I took good care of my hamster so about a year later they let me get another one. Soon my hamster and a friends hamster had babys (cute) and my parents said i couldnt even keep one but i promised id take really good care of it and after i let them think about it they said i could. All the babies were givin homes, except one little chubby one. My parents said i couldnt keep him and told me 2 give him to the petstore, but i would never give any of my hammys there, so i begged my brother 2 keep him and he did, but let me take him.
also if your above the age 12 then you could always convince them your old enough to choose to have one. hamsters arent overly expensive and not hard to take care of.
